Canada Citizenship Test Prep is built to work without an account, without ads and without tracking. This page explains, in plain words, what the app does with your information.

What stays on your device

Your quiz history, bookmarks, review schedule, test date, reminder time and settings are stored only on your device. We cannot see them. If you delete the app or choose Reset progress, they are erased.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts or device identifiers. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking tools. It does not send your answers or study activity anywhere.

Purchases

Full Access is a one-time purchase handled by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, depending on your device. The store processes your payment and tells the app whether you own Full Access. We never see your payment details. The app keeps a local record of that result so it keeps working offline.

Reminders

If you turn on the daily reminder, the app schedules a notification on your device. It is created locally and no server is involved. You can turn it off in the app or in system settings.

Read-aloud

Read-aloud uses the speech voices already installed on your device. The text is not sent to us.

Contacting support

If you choose Contact support or report a problem with a question, the app opens an email draft to the support address. The draft includes the app version, platform, language and purchase status so we can help you. You can edit or delete it before sending. We only receive what you choose to send.

Children

The app is a study aid for adults preparing for the Canadian citizenship test. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new date.

Not an official source

This app is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by IRCC or the Government of Canada. Check the official study guide and IRCC for current requirements.
